Note that in Arbeit One, Contact lists will automatically close each day at midnight automatically. If you were not able to complete calling on the list it will automatically renew itself where you left off. Conversly if you want to renew a call list that was finished in the past, you can renew by following the steps below.
To renew or close an existing call list, navigate to the "contact list" page on the main navigation bar. From here locate the list you would like to renew and select "reuse" by clicking on the three dots on the right-hand side of the table.
This will pop up the menu to configure the list for reuse. Start by giving the list a name and assigning it to the campaign you want it to run on. To pick back up where you left off, select the box for "all numbers not called" if you would like to reattempt to call and answered or not answered you can additionally check those boxes.
Note you can use the renew function additionally to assign the same list to a different campaign if you want the consumer to receive a new message.
To close a call list manually, look for an open contact list in the table, Click on the three dots in the right-hand corner of the table and select "close" this will remove the list from its current campaign.
