Muting yourself: all the way at the top of the Agent screen, you will see a microphone icon. When you click that and it turns red that means you are muted, when it’s blue you are not muted.
Dial Pad: next to the transfer icons, there is an icon for a keypad. This only opens when you’re in a call, so it can be used to get through an IVR by typing in an extension or pressing 0 to get through. It will not open if you are not in a call, so you cannot just manually dial out of Click, you can only call the call list that was uploaded.
