To add Dynamical Caller ID aka DCI buckets to a campaign, select the campaign you want to have the bucket assigned to under "Voice Campaign" on the main navigation bar. If you have not yet created a campaign follow the campaign creation guide first to set one up.
Once you are on the campaign configuration page, select the drop-down for Caller ID and select "DCI bucket." From here you will be able to select a DCI bucket from the drop-down menu. If you don't see any DCI buckets available, you don't not have one assigned to your account currently. Please reach out to an Arbeit team member to either sign up for a bucket or add an existing one to this account.
