To upload a contact list start by navigating to the contact list page on the main navigation bar. Once there you can view and renew previous lists or create a new one.
Once here browse your computer for the CSV file you want to use, note that the maximum supported upload size is 120MB. Once your file has been selected you will see a preview before proceeding to the next step.
From here you will map the fields on your list to the system fields. Note you only need to map the fields you use in your message for field text to speech as well as your phone number(s.) You are required to select at least one phone number but can select multiple if need be. When you are happy with your mapping you can move to the next step.
You will now see a final preview of how your call list was mapped this can be used as a final check to ensure everything looks correct before uploading the file, if you are happy with how everything looks you can move to the final step.
On this page, you will assign your contact list a name that will only be used internally. From here you will select the campaign you want to assign this list to, note that you will see both voice and texting campaigns here. Finally, you will apply any restrictions you want to filter out phone numbers
By default, any duplicate numbers on the list will be filtered out, unless you uncheck this option. Additionally, if you would like to restrict your list by the date last called you can do so by using the checkbox with the date selector.
Once you are happy with all of your configurations you can press "upload and finish" to process the list. This will take a few seconds and once the upload has been completed you will see a summary of your import. You have now successfully uploaded your contact list!
**Note that once you have used a mapping schema once, if you upload a file with the same headers it will remember your previous mapping.
