If you've been using a bucket of DCIs for a while and notice that your bucket isn't performing at the same level as when you first got it, you might be thinking of replacing it with a new one.
We suggest following these steps to make sure you are getting the best possible experience when using this feature.
Registering the numbers:
We recommend first making sure that your numbers are registered with third party organizations who work with carriers to label numbers. You can follow this guide to complete the process.
Ordering a new bucket:
If you've already registered the numbers, and still want to replace your numbers, you can reach out to the support team to order a new bucket. Once your order is complete and the new bucket is being used, you should register the new numbers.
Removing the old bucket:
When scheduling the removal of your old bucket, we recommend you keep it for a period of time (average is 2-4 weeks) so any consumer calling back those numbers will be able to reach your office instead of the numbers ringing disconnected.
