When you purchase a bucket of DCIs, you are assigned a bucket of numbers to your account. When making outbound calls, it's possible that you'll start receiving unwanted inbound calls on those numbers.
We can temporarily disable those numbers, or disconnect and replace them. If you wish to replace a number in your bucket you can reach out to our support team and they can assist you.
If it is determined that too many individual numbers need to be replaced in your bucket, we may decide to replace your entire bucket.
You might also run into an issue where your numbers are being marked as scam or spam. To help mitigate this issue, you can register your numbers. You can follow this guide to complete the process.
