Verify the agent is authenticated

Verify the call list has numbers

Verify the call list is in an "Open" status

Stop and start the campaign

Verify there is a group attached to the campaign

Verify the agent is in the group for that campaign

If you are using zip code restrictions make sure that field is mapped out correctly
