There could be a few different causes for a campaign is not starting. You can perform the following steps to troubleshoot this issue.
Step 1: Check the Campaign Settings
Usually, the campaign settings are preventing it. Navigate to Manage Campaigns > Campaigns, and edit the campaign that is not starting. Double check the following settings, and make sure they are correct.

Begin/End Date: Current date needs to be after begin date and before end date.

Start/Finish Time: Current time needs to be after start time and before finish time.

Linkback Number: Valid 10 digit phone number
Step 2: Check the Call Scripts
Another possibility is the campaign you are trying to run has a non-valid call script. To confirm this isn't the cause, navigate to Call Scripts > Call Scripts and make sure that the call script is valid, not pending.
Step 3: Check Your Call List
Another potential cause could be the call list attached to the campaign. Navigate to Live Monitoring, select the campaign and click Monitor. Confirm there is an active call list with numbers available to call. It should look something like this.
If you've confirmed all of the these settings are correct and you have an active call list with numbers, it's possible it's not starting because of a majority of the numbers in the list are west coast and the time zone restriction is preventing the campaign from starting.
