If you feel like you aren't getting the appropriate number of contacts for the rate you are running your dialer, this guide is for you.
This will help you double check your settings in Arbeit's dialer and make sure there are no settings reducing your contact rates. We'll also cover some outside factors that Arbeit doesn't have control over that might be reducing your contact rate.
There are a few settings you can check in the dialer software to make sure they aren't causing any issues.

Make sure your DCI's are routing to the correct destination (You can test this by calling a number in your bucket or reaching out to the support team).

-
Reporting:
-
Run the campaign results report to see the results of what you've run so far.
