In Arbeit Dialer, you will often need to import a list of numbers to call. Follow the steps below to successfully upload a call list.
Note: To prevent any unforeseen problems with the import process we recommend your import file be in the excel format CSV - Comma separated value.
Step 1
Navigate to Manage Campaigns > Import Call List CSV, and click "Browse" to locate the file you want to upload.
Step 2
Once you've selected your file, the next step is the mapping process. The only thing the dialer requires to run is a valid 10 digit number. However, depending on the structure of your message, you will also want to map out first/last name and external ID (account number).
Note: Most files have multiple phone columns, so make sure that all columns you want to call are mapped out.
Before moving on to the next step of the import process, make sure to hit the "Preview" button and make sure that the mapping looks correct.
The preview process will display the first 10 accounts of your file.
Step 3
Once you've confirmed there are no issues with the mapping, proceed to the next step by pressing "Import". A new window will open which gives you the ability to input the final settings for this upload.
You will need to fill out the following fields:
Call list name:

Arbitrary value set by client.

We recommend you set it to the actual name of the file you are uploading so you can easily reference back to it if needed.
Campaign:

The campaign this file will be uploaded to.

This will default to the last updated campaign, so be careful you are uploading to the correct campaign.
Phone restriction:

Defaults to "Phones are unique per call list".

We recommend you do not change this.
Call restriction:

Can be used in the scenario where you upload a list, make some calls, only to realize there is something wrong with the mapping and you need to re-upload without calling any number already dialed.

The call restriction default date/time is the current date with a time of 00:00:00 so you will need to change the date between today-tomorrow if you wanted to exclude any number that was called today. Example seen below.
Once you set the appropriate values, you can click "OK" to proceed with the final step of importing. You will see a loading screen following by a pop-up letting you know the file was uploaded successfully.
You can now go to live monitoring and view this call list in the campaign it was uploaded to.
