Creating the Message
When you want to create a new message, the first thing you're going to do is navigate to Call Scripts > Messages. Click "Add" down at the bottom. The message creation window will pop up and look like this.
Once you have given the message a name, you'll have the option to give your message a description. This will make the content of your message easier to identify.
There are a few different ways that you can add content to your message. In this section we will discuss the different ways you can record and add message steps.
Record with Phone

Add a valid 10 digit phone number to call. Click call, ad you will receive a call from 716-751-5500. After you answer this call, you will be be able to follow a series of prompts to record a message.

Once you've finished the recording and it's satisfactory, you will then choose to save the message. The add button in this section will become clickable, and you will be able to add this recording as a message step.
Record Directly

Allows you to record a message using a microphone on your computer.

Click the start recording button, record your content, click the stop recording button. You can listen to the message to make sure it is satisfactory to you, and then press add.
Upload Sound File

If you already have a pre-recorded message, you can upload it using this process.

Browse to locate the file on your computer. Once you've selected it, you can click "add" to include it as a message step.
Text to Speech

Reads digital text out loud, content typed into the box gets converted to audio and played.

Type out your message and click add.

You can choose between two voices; David (man's voice) an Allison (woman's voice)
Field Text to Speech

This feature is used to pull information out of the uploaded file and read it in the message.
It can be used to include account information of the number you are contacting. We have 3 types, first name, last name and external id (account number).
Below is what a complete message could look like. You can see that a message was generated using the Text to speech and field text to speech options. You can also change the order of the steps or delete a step if required. All you need to do is highlight the step in question and click either up/down to change its position or remove to delete it.

If you make any mistake with removing or changing the order, you can revert back to the original by clicking the cancel button down at the bottom to close the page and revert all changes. By clicking OK, you will save all changes made to this message.

The order of the message steps is the order they will play from top to bottom.
After the message is created you will also need to add it to a call script and then to a campaign. You can follow the guides below if you need assistance with this process.
