In here, you create your campaign name, adjust how many calls each agent will be making (accounts shown & calls allowed should always be the same number), your caller ID Name and Number. If you don’t want to put a name you can put the number in both spots. You have to make sure an Agent Group is selected, and if you are not leaving Voicemails you can enable Voicemail Avoidance. Start time and Finish time can be left as is since Click is not an autodialer so no calls will be going out unless the Agents are making them.
