If you need to transfer to another Agent or to an outside phone number, you can warm transfer by clicking the green/blue icon to the right at the top left of the screen.
You can choose an Agent that’s in Click to transfer to or you can type in a direct phone number to transfer to.
This option allows you to talk to the person you’re transferring to first, then it will prompt you to bring in the consumer / customer. You can then stay on that call as a 3-way call or it will prompt you to leave the call and continue calling in Click.
