When you want to add or remove an extension from a ring group or queue, you will first need to figure out what is being used by your office.
Navigate to Connectivity > Inbound Routes to see what destinations your numbers point to.
You can click those destinations directly to go to that record, or navigate to Applications > Ring groups/Queues and edit the record in question. (Paper and pencil button under Actions.)
Editing A Ring Group
- To add an extension, you can click the "User Quick Select" drop down in the Extension List box.

To remove an extension, you can simply delete it from the extension list.
Editing A Queue
- Navigate to Queue Agents (Find Add/Remove in the Static Agents box)

To add an extension, you can use the "Agent Quick Select"

After making any changes you will need to hit "Submit" at the bottom right of the page
Then hit the "Apply Config" in the top right.
