How to leave a voicemail
If you get a Voicemail that answers and you are using our Voicemail feature, once you are ‘in call’ you will see your recorded message(s) all the way to the right of the screen. The different options of how to use the feature are described below:
-
- After the beep (generic message): as soon as you know it is a voicemail, you can click ‘play & finish’ next to your message name. Our system will wait to hear that beep and leave your message for you while you move on to your next call.
- Immediately (identifying the consumer): if you get the consumer’s voicemail, you will listen to their entire voicemail, manually say their name (“this message is for John Smith”), then press ‘play & finish’ next to your message name. It will finish leaving your recorded message as you move on to your next call.
