When onboarding to Click a team member will assist you in setting up an integration with your collection software to automatically screen pop accounts when consumers answer calls in Click. If your integration breaks or you are transitioning to new software an Arbeit representative and assist in setting this back up.
Currently, we are able to integrate with the following software, however, if you don't see yours on here reach out to an Arbeit representative to see if it can be added.

For users who are not integrated and using click mini, you may want to use the copy feature. When a call is answered, you can double-click on the consumer’s name and it will automatically copy the file number/account number. You can then paste that into your collection software and continue to work in there.
