There are a few scenarios where you might need a password reset. Below we've listed a few of the most likely scenarios, and how you would go about solving this problem.
Agent changing their own password
Under "Settings" on the main menu, select "Change Password." Then, the agent can follow the instructions to change their password.
Manager resetting an agents password
After you've logged into Click Manager, select Users from the main menu, then Agents. Find the target agent and edit their record. You can do this by double clicking on the agent's record, or clicking once to highlight the record and clicking the "Edit" button at the top left.
Manager resetting their own password another managers password
After you've logged into Click Manager, select Users from the main menu, then Managers. Find the target manager and edit their record. You can do this by double clicking on the manager's record, or clicking once to highlight the record and clicking the "Edit" button at the top left.
Account has one manager and needs their password reset
If you know your password and can log in, use the directions outlined above. However, if you've forgotten your password, you'll need to reach out to the support team to reset it via webchat, email or by phone.
