Renew a call list – Arbeit

At the end of each day, you will notice that all open call lists will close. Don't worry, this is intentional. However, you may not have been done with the call list that was uploaded. In that scenario, you will need to renew the list.

Following the steps outlined below you can accomplish that task. Its important to note that you can only renew a call list that is in the status of "Closed".

Once you've logged into Click Manage, navigate to: Call Lists > Call Lists.

Once you locate the call list you wish to renew, double click or click once to highlight and hit the view button on the top right to open the detail window.

In the detail window, you can view the statistics for this call list, but the ultimate goal here is to renew this list. Click the "Renew Call List" button in the top right.

In the renew window, you'll need to specify some parameters to make sure you don't upload any numbers that don't fit your calling criteria.

Account restrictions: Do not upload accounts with the checked status
Phone restrictions: Do not upload phone numbers with the checked status
Disposition restrictions: Do not upload phone numbers with the checked dispositions

After selecting all the criteria you do not want uploaded, you can click "Next" in the top right.

The last step of renewing your list is very similar to the last step of uploading a new list. Once you've set the following to the correct values you can click the "Finish and Renew call list"

Call list name: Value set by the user so they can associate this upload to their records
Campaign: Determine which campaign this call list will be uploaded to.
Restrictions:
- The default setting "unique phone numbers in this call list" will prevent a number from being uploaded multiple times in that list.
- If you plan to upload multiple call lists and want to ensure you are not calling the same number more then once you would use the option below "Unique phone numbers in all call lists imported today.
Imported phones restriction: This restriction can be used in a scenario where you've already renewed a list, made a few calls and confirmed that the list restrictions are incorrect, and you want to renew it again without calling those numbers.
