Uploading a Call List – Arbeit

Once you've logged into Click Manager, navigate to: Call Lists > Call List Upload.

Select the file that is ready to be uploaded by clicking the search button and locating the file on your local machine.

After selecting the file, you will see a preview of the contents of the file so that you can confirm that is the file is correct. To move to the next step of the call list upload process, click the "Information Map" button in the top right.

In the information map process, you will associate your file's columns with the appropriate field in the map. You will most likely map out multiple phone fields.

Note: If you have a collections software integration, the "Integration Identifier"(denoted by the blue highlight) is required to be mapped to your collections software unique identifier (usually account number). If you are unsure if this applies to your account, you can double check by going to Administration > Collections Software and confirm if there is an integration enabled.

Once you've mapped out all appropriate fields, you can click the "Preview Call List" button in the top right to move to the next step. This is just a preview to make sure you have mapped out the fields correctly.

Once you've confirmed the mapping is correct you can click the "Upload Call List" button in the top right to move to the last step.

The final step in this process has a few different settings to ensure the right agents are dialing the right numbers.

Call list name: Value set by the user so they can associate this upload to their records
Campaign: Determine which campaign this call list will be uploaded to.
Phone type restriction: If you need to restrict calling to a specific phone type.
Restrictions:
- The default setting "unique phone numbers in this call list" will prevent a number from being uploaded multiple times in that list.
- If you plan to upload multiple call lists and want to ensure you are not calling the same number more then once you would use the option below "Unique phone numbers in all call lists imported today.
Imported phones restriction: This restriction can be used in a scenario where you've uploaded a list, made a few calls and confirmed that the lists mapping is incorrect and you want to re-upload without calling those numbers again.

Once you have those values set appropriately, you can upload. You will see a summary once the upload process is finished. From this window you can start the upload process again by clicking "yes," or close out the window by clicking "no."
